When I started at Pathfinders I was broken and discouraged. They saved my life, not only did they give me tools to put in my toolbox, they also Introduced me to 12-step programs like narcotics anonymous, and Yoga. Some of the things that have been huge in my recovery thanks to them is coping skills, facts about cravings, and the biggest one, it’s okay to feel the feelings no matter what they are, just don’t pick up over them. I still attend NA meetings, use my tools daily, and do tons of yoga! I also continue to strengthen the love for myself that I never had before going to Pathfinders!!!! I am eternally grateful for every single one of the staff members, they were so loving and kind, it is such an amazing place!!!! Such amazing people, one of the things that I think is huge is all the staff have personal experiences and are all about recovery and helping. After attending the program I have recently began working towards a degree in which I want to work in a rehab and help people like Pathfinders did for me!!!! I just can’t even express the gratitude I have for them!
